Affinity Trust provides high-quality, personalised support to over 700 adults with learning disabilities and autism so they can live happily and safely within their local community.
Since we began in 1991, Affinity Trust has grown to become a national charity providing a range of support services across England and Scotland.
We support adults across the learning disability spectrum and in particular we have developed a strong track record of supporting those with more complex needs, including people who other organisations have not been able to support appropriately.
Underpinning our success is our belief that every adult with a learning disability has a right to lead an active and fulfilling life. We aim to provide the best support possible so that individuals can enjoy greater independence, fulfill their potential and realise their goals and aspirations.
Affinity Trust North Division has been established in Leeds for over 15 years and we are now expanding to provide support to people with learning disabilities throughout West Yorkshire including Bradford and South Yorkshire. Our divisional office is based in Leeds as well as local offices in the areas where we provide support.
Alongside supported living services which form the majority of Affinity Trust support, adults can access our tailored support within shared living homes, day opportunities, or through just a few hours of support in their own home.
Our division supports people with a range of needs across the learning disability and autism spectrum, from people who require little support to individuals who have behaviours that can challenge, have a history of offending behaviour and need specialist support.
