For further on candidates, main duties of this role include:

• To coach and mentor the sales team
• To monitor the sales team’s performance on a regular basis ensuring that quality customer focus is maintained.
• To generate enthusiastic support for the goals of every single individuals in our office by using energy and expertise to influence the team effectively and positively.
• Ensure regular team meetings to keep the sales team up to date with performance, business objectives and the team’s role within these.
• Timely one to ones are completed to ensure they achieve both their individual and subsequently their team objectives.
• Ensure quality checks are always completed and provide constructive feedback to the team, setting stretching goals and providing constructive feedback to the team in order to achieve accuracy, new business and new customers.
• The ability to work within a busy and sometimes pressurised environment.
• To work and perform in-line with the businesses core 'values’.
