Production Manager
Hampshire, Fareham £25,000 - £30,000
Are you currently a Production Manager? We have an exciting opportunity.
We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join our well established client’s team based in Fareham.
Due to an internal restructure there is now an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional to lead our client’s production department at this exciting time.
The candidate will be responsible for the team of production technicians and stores staff, building and testing high quality industrial computers to order for stock.
The successful candidate will have;
•2 + years in a supervisory or management experience in a low volume high value manufacturing environment
•Experience of production planning, scheduling and capacity planning are essential
•Enthusiasm and positive attitude
•Ability to work quickly and multi task effectively
•Proven people management skills essential
•Ability to motivate and energise at all levels
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to produce high quality documentation and reports
•Previous experience in a stores environment essential
