Marketing Assistant
An opportunity has become available for an Assistant to join the marketing team of a fast-moving and busy Insurance Company.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience)
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Marketing Manager with tasks relating to implementing the marketing strategy for the company. The role is ideal for someone who wants to increase their knowlege of marketing by hands-on involvement with the full marketing mix.
The role will be a varied one. You will initially assist with, but develop to become responsible for implementing marketing campaigns across the brands including advertising campaigns, direct communication, website and literature updates, managing introducer relationships, etc.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Experience in marketing or having gained a CIM in marketing or a degree in a marketing-related subject
• Must be able to construct and analyse marketing statistics
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Have creative flair, good use of English, and good attention to detail
• Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, Powerpoint an advantage
