Head Chef required to assist in running the kitchen/catering section of this busy vibrant restaurant. The succesful candidate will be preparing a wide variety of dishes for a number of events including parties and weddings, additional duties will include menu planning and cost control.
Candidate must be educated to a good standard of cookery, and possess a good background in hospitality and catering outlets. They must be hard working and reliable and take pride and care with the work they produce.
Own transport is also desireable but not essential, as the restaurant is close to major train routes, and finally the candidate must possess a good level of communication and be at ease in working with a team of chefs whilst producing quality freshly prepared dishes.
