**Have you worked on a help desk before?** Are you looking to start work immediately?**Do you have good listening and questioning skills?**

The Role;
You will be required to answer and log calls received on a busy helpdesk located within the customer service centre, these calls will be from internal and external customers located across the UK. The role will include providing full support to the customer service team by carrying out general office administration.

Who we are looking for;
You will be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working as part of a team, you will be able to identify key details from the telephone call. You will be willing to assist both customers and colleagues and have previously worked in a customer service role.
