Duties will include supporting the Social Secretary with the maintenance of statutory registers, membership administration, filing annual returns and accounts, renewal of licences and registrations, preparation of agenda packs, minutes and arrangements for board, committe and members meetings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, have a high attention to detail, be able to work under their own initiative and as part of a team, have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate high standards of personal and professional integrity, be self motivated and enthusiastic. Senior administrative experience ideally from a company secretarial background would be an advantage.
