This is a key role with free reign to develop and lead a team ensuring effective delivery. This is a demanding role that must have someone at the helm who is results driven within a client group of companies. Working in close partnership and solve HR issue internally.
Key responsibilities will be to :-
Support to develop and implement change
Culture development in a fast paced environment
Coach Senior Managers in order to develop encouraging growth and change within the organisation
Employee Relations
Resourcing
With a background in HR you must have a CIPD qualification or equivalent
Significant commercial experience within a Blue Chip Organisation
Preferably within a FMCG/Retail background
Evidence of success in areas of change
Highly effective communicator with an influential flair
Thrives in an ever changing environment
Confident to approach and make changes where necessary
