Working for one of the UK's leading department stores our client seeks a Manager for their highly successful Coffee Shop.
With previous experience within a food service environment you will be responsible for the effective running of this department.
Duties will include: -
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Cash Handling
Managing Staff
Portion and Stock Management
Visual Presentation skills
With a commercial catering background you will provide the ability to analyse, forecast and act upon sales information,
