Our client is currently seeking a marketing professional to support the Basingstoke and Guildford offices in generating new fees from existing and potential clients through business development, sales and marketing, strategic planning and training and mentoring.
Job Role:
* Develop and implement marketing plan through to project managing marketing activity.
* Coach colleagues through the business development cycle.
* Manage, monitor and measure sales and proposal activity.
* Responsible for two Marketing Assistants.
Preferred Skills:
* CIM qualification would be preferable
* Excellent client relationship skills and a strong customer service ethic
* Experience of working within the service industry
