Area Sales Manager - CCTV / Access Control
Hampshire and surrounding counties.
Basic £25k - £27k neg + OTE + Company Car + Fuel Card + Laptop + Mobile phone
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team who will be responsible for sales of CCTV, Access Control and our new Virtual Turnstile (R) solutions to new prospects, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will build on existing relationships and develop own portfolio of key accounts within the Hampshire and surrounding counties area.
Duties:
You will be developing new sales through your industry contacts, personal lead generation, web and telesales team enquiries.
You will be developing integral business relationships with the decision makers of all accounts within portfolio.
You will work with Project Managers for key client installations and reference sites.
You will have flexibility and creativity in proposing new solutions to existing industry standards.
During the first part of your training, you may initially work at locations across the UK to receive product and site survey training.
Skill Requirements:
A consultative, yet target driven, approach to sales with a minimum 5 years sales experience with a proven background of presenting to senior mgmt and board level clients.
You must have experience and knowledge of CCTV and/or Access Control.
Competencies:
You will have excellent Interpersonal and Communications skills coupled with Self Motivation and Discipline. You will have strong influencing and negotiation skills along with being results driven and flexible towards your work.
