Our client is looking to add a part time payments clerk, that is self motivated and a team player, to their friendly team. The team the successful candidate will be joining focuses complimenting and enhancing their customer’s success in both the public and private sector.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Assist in the completion of the weekly contractor run
• Match and check timesheets against invoices
• Liaise with contractors to discuss any discrepancies
• Check invoices against paylist in preparation for payment
• Filing of paperwork
• Cashbook, purchase ledger and expenses
The ideal candidate will:
• Have Microsoft Office experience
• Good communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work in a team and show initiative
• Have ideally 18 months experience and have accurate typing
