Offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and bar snacks to residents and both locals and the tourist trade, this beautiful hotel has a fresh and popular menu. Seating 60 covers a night - countless more when the weather is good - the restaurant is popular and well run.
They are looking for a chef de partie who is passionate about fresh ingredients and presentation. In addition to a good salary there is also live-in accommodation available if required off site.
