We are seeking a customer service co-ordinator to join a busy company based in Haslemere. Fluency in French and German essential and the ability to speak Spanish and or Italian would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate should be a self motivated ambitious individual with proven experience in working in a busy customer services environment as a Customer Services Co-ordinator. This position offers job development.
Skills should include:
Proven experience in responding to customers’ telephone enquiries, maintaining customer relations and processing orders
Day to day account management to ensure customers are happy with the current service provided
Call handling in order to deal with any queries that customers have and providing solutions to any problems encountered
Assist with other departments to ensure first class customer service
Qualities / Experience
Excellent communication skills
Bright, positive and enthusiastic personality
Confident telephone manner
Experience in technical sales environment preferred
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good negotiating technique
Accurate data transfer
Sound knowledge of Word and Excel
