    Responsibilities:
    To assist all operatives in a friendly and positive manner and to process all relevant data in a timely and accurate way.

    Duties:
    • To stay available for taking incoming calls at all times and to report to Team Leader if there is a need to come out of the phone system
    • To pick up all calls within 6 rings with a friendly and professional telephone manner
    • To take information from operatives and complete relevant paperwork as necessary
    • To investigate any queries and return calls as necessary
    • To transfer information from Document Management application forms onto database accurately
    • To enter Document Management data from expense claim forms onto database accurately
    • To liaise with agencies as necessary
    • To deal with any letter or email and SMS enquiries as required
    • To research any historical queries
    • To liaise with all other departments
    • To fax/email Company details to agencies when a new operative joins
    • To open post and scan documents into the document management system
    • To take messages from call minder (answer phone) and call back as necessary
    • To carry out First and Second Pack call backs (marketing)
    • To be aware of business needs by monitoring the plasma screens and acting appropriately
    • To help other departments as and when required or asked to do so
    • Any other duties as required

    Starting salary is £15k
    Based just outside Midhurst
    Must have transport due to location. Most employees come from Bognor/Chichester and we have a car sharing incentive

    Holiday - start on 20 days and increase to 21, 23 and then 25 after 3 years service

    Customer Services is core to our client’s business. It’s a busy environment and the ideal person would be someone who loves to talk to people and has high levels of patience and empathy. We would ideally like a calm and naturally happy person who is used to a call centre environment where the customer is always treated with respect and care.
