Matchtech have been successfully supplying contract and permanent staff to the Portsmouth Naval Base since 2001 and following the formation of the BVT Surface Fleet joint venture we are looking to recruit an Account Manager to strengthen our on-site team.
This provides an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment professional to join the team based at the Portsmouth Naval Base, working on this established master vendor contract. Ideally you will have previous account management experience; however this role would also suit an experienced recruiter looking to move into managed service account management.
Acting as the primary interface between Matchtech's operations team and the client hiring managers you will ensure we maintain the highest levels of service delivery by monitoring all vacancies and reviewing performance against KPI's and SLA's. To achieve this you must be able to develop, produce and present management information and will therefore need a thorough understanding of Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
Through regular contact with hiring managers and consultants you will be required to develop and agree recruitment strategies to overcome various recruitment issues. This will require excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) along with a proven ability to develop strong and effective professional relationships.
You will also be involved in the contractor relationships, surgeries and induction of new contractor staff. Providing cover and support to the On-Site Account consultant responsible for contractor management.
