Project Development Officer 22K
Working within the Training Dept for a Training Provider based in the south east of Hampshire planning, coordinating and organising the development of new and existing projects:
* Agree project brief with Training Manager to include details of resources required, costs, forecasting deadlines and reporting on planned activities against actual.
* Devise individual project briefs for all staff involved with each project.
* Co-ordinate, monitor and track all development work amongst the relevant team.
* Communicate effectively to ensure team members are aware of the deadlines and responsibilities within each project, and are aware of any changes to the project.
* Record and file all communications effectively on the Company server so that relevant staff can review the status of the project at all times.
* Keep the Training Manager informed, through regular reports and meetings, of the progress of all aspects of the role, highlighting any issues that materialise along with solutions and recommendations.
* Complete all administrative duties and tasks related to the position and support the TM with project related tasks.
* Advise the TM promptly of any serious or potentially serious problems, especially those that may have an adverse impact on the company's finances or its public image.
Project Management experience is essential with good knowledge of MS Project, Word and Excel. And experience in co-coordinating and/or managing others is highly desirable. Salary is £22k with excellent benefits offered including free and plentiful on-site parking!
