    The Contracts Co-ordinator reports to the Sr. Contracts Coordinator. He/She is responsible for reviewing all candidate contracts, non-standard client contracts, Master Vendor contracts, tiered supplier contracts and umbrella or composite company contracts as well as all temporary worker contractual issues. He/She is also responsible for reviewing legislative changes and detailing how this impacts on our contractual terms and proposing amendments to the In-House Legal Counsel.

    The Contracts Co-ordinator is responsible for discussing, advising on and managing document changes to both standard contracts and non-standard contracts with Directors, Managers and Consultants. The Contracts Co-ordinator is responsible for carrying out risk assessments on all contracts with clients, 2nd tier agents, umbrella or composite companies and contractors as well as ensuring company policies comply with the current legal requirements.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Contractual & Legislative Activity
    > Review contracts relating to tender documentation and highlight any potential risk issues to the appropriate Managing Director.
    > Review all non-standard terms and conditions and contracts received from clients. This involves reading the whole document and advising the appropriate Manager/Director of the potential risks. Where required, propose amendments as a written document to forward to clients. Liaise with client contacts to resolve contractual matters.
    > Review all proposed contract changes received from clients, associate agencies and temporary workers/contractors. Liaise with all parties to resolve contractual matters.
    > Liaise with the Managing Director to resolve any client or candidate contractual issues.
    > Where applicable, liaise with the Company's solicitors to resolve contractual issues.
    > Review candidate contracts on a regular basis and inform the relevant Consultants if any changes have made.
    > Prepare all associate agency contracts for Managed Services Division Manager and client contracts for relevant Divisional Directors.
    > Provide advice on contractual queries from consultants and Directors.
    > Store all contracts documentation comprehensively and attach all client specific documents to eMploy Client files.
    > Maintain an up to date tracker of all non-standard client contract activity.
    > Maintain format of all contracts issued to clients and candidates and amend as required.
    > Ensure that the company's legal policies are kept up to date in accordance with regulation requirements.
    > Liaise with the REC to ensure that their recommendations on contractual and related matters are reflected in the company's processes.
    > Organise training for staff on contractual issues where appropriate
    > Ensure the Company's contract templates are regularly reviewed and that they are correctly formatted at all times.

    Insurance Activity
    > Work with the Sr. Contracts Coordinator to ensure the Company's insurance policies are appropriate for the needs of the business
    > Maintain the Company's register of insurances and regularly review the insurance policies
    > Initiate the insurance renewal process as required

    Additional
    > Provide legislative support to the Marketing Department for all tender activity
    > Any ad hoc duties as requested by management
