Key Tasks
• To provide the day-to-day management of existing sub-contracts and amendments;
• To support the preparation of Tender Vet Packs and new proposals to the Customer;
• To liaise with other functions in relation to commercial and procurement matters;
• To support commercial interactions with the Customer;
• To assist with the data collection requirements of the Commercial Department.
Person
• Working to tight deadlines;
• Good analytical and problem solving qualities, attention to detail and a questioning mind;
• Confident and pro-active within a team environment.
Experience
• Procurement or Commercial experience in an aerospace or defence environment or similar;
• Purchase Order placement and management, RFQ and Tendering Experience;
• Formulation/drafting sub-contracts and terms and conditions;
• Life Cycle Management experience or awareness desirable but not essential;
• IT experience with the range of MS Office Professional software.
