Westaff is acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client.
A self motivated and articulate candidate with three years in a highly focused customer facing B2B role is required by a Chichester based company. The duties are extremely varied and will involve some internet research to locate products most suited to the customer needs. Will be handling phone and email enquiries, putting together detailed proposals to the client and providing efficient customer services.
The role is essentially a consultative one in which you will be building a a solid relationship with them to maximise the account and so further opportunities arise. Excel knowledge is advantageous but it will be necessary to use MS Outlook and word on a daily basis.
Direct marketing would be advantageous but full training will be given.
