System & Network Administrator
Eastleigh
Upto 35k
My client require a very talented and committed individual to join there team of administrators. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a Systems & Network Administrator role. Extensive knowledge of operating, managing, supporting and troubleshooting the Linux and Cisco operating systems within a mission critical production environment is required. You should also have a good understanding and experience in the following technologies:
Intel-based hardware
RAID arrays
MySQL servers/clusters
Apache
Qmail
Routers (Cisco, Linux)
Switches (managed/unmanaged)
TCP/IP routed networks
BGP
Leased-lines
Package management
HA devices
Clustering
Experience in writing Technical Documentation for production systems and knowledge of server hardware troubleshooting is beneficial.
