***An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR and Training Manager within an established successful financial services business.***
The Role:
This position will be extremely varied and will encompass all aspects of a stand alone generalist HR role, including the management of recruitment and selection across the company, monitoring and managing sickness and performance issues including conducting and fol owing through disciplinary and grievances. In addition the successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with all ER issues as well as taking over all responsibility for HR policy. This is an extremely varied role and in addition to an HR background training experience will also be required as one of the Key duties involved will be the production of TNA for staff at all levels. You will also deliver training both on induction and on designated topics. This is an exciting and colourful role for a candidate with the right background and our clients requirements are as follows.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an HR Advisor and will be CIPD qualified or working toward CIPD certification. A background within financial services would be beneficial as an understanding of compliance issues and FSA regulation is desirable. Training experience is a must as is a positive , proactive hands on approach.
