***Part time customer service*** Working Monday to Thursday*** 08.30-15.30***

The Role;
You will be taking in bound telephone calls from customers regarding a product they have purchased. The call content will vary upon the customers requirement, you may handle complaints upon occasions. You will have part of the working week to complete administration tasks.

Who we are looking for;
You will have experience of working within a call centre environment and have a confident telephone manner. You will be able to work in a team environment but also using your initiative.
