    This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Westaff Uk Ltd who are operating as an Employment Agency

    A well established company in Worthing is looking for a reliable and self motivated customer services person who can confidently speak to clients on the telephone on a daily basis across the UK and abroad. The role will of course involve finding out if they have any current or up and coming projects, what quantities they look to use per annum and what other manufacturers they use. The database is held on ACT which is linked to Sage. It can be repetitive calling to existing contacts and will be relationship building as perseverance can result in an order being placed sometime down the line. Other calls are to customers who have projects ongoing or who have placed orders in the past. Here you are required to build a good relationship and encourage additional orders.

    There will also be some dealing with customer queries as well as preparing quotes or Bills of Quantity. Research will be on the internet and trade magazines
