**Have you worked in a call centre before?**Are you looking for part time work?**Have you customer service experience?**

The Role
You will be required to take in bound telephone calls, these will be from customers who have purchased a product of the company. You will be required to respond to the queries and direct as appropriate. The role will involve some administration tasks which will include sending letters and other ad hoc duties. You will be working either a morning or afternoon shift.

Who we are looking for:
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable taking in bound calls. You will be a team player and always ensure a customers enquiry is processed professionally and quickly. You will be looking for part time hours.

The Employer:
A large corporate client based in Havant, offering a temporary to permanent position for the right person.
