Working from a rural location, you will have excellent organizational, administrative and IT skills. Basic bookwork skills are also very important.
The administrative side of the business is starting from scratch and so you must be happy to prepare all the groundwork. Good social interaction and an excellent telephone manner are important assets. Working directly for the Managing Director, much of the information dealt with may be confidential. Assisting the Business Development team with mailshots and other marketing material. Flexibility and ability to work on your own initiative is vital. This is a results driven organisation, so you must enjoy the challenge of working to succeed.
