Westaff's have an exciting new opportunities to join this prestigious blue chip employer in Whiteley.
You will be working in the front line, dealing with motor vehicle insurance claims, for various insurance companies.
Receiving calls (in-bound only) from policy holders that for one reason of another the need to make a claim of their car insurance policy. Taking details of all parties involved and entering these details onto the database, and arranging the repair of the vehicle and car hire if relevant.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and accurate data entry skills, plus the ability to work under pressure and sometimes with sensitive issues.
The hours are on a rotating shift as follows.
While in training, Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30
Week 1 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Week 2 11.00 am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday
You will be expected to work two Saturdays per month 8.00am - 6.00pm and will received time off in lieu.
No previous experience is required, but due to the location you must have your owns transport.
