Our market leading client is currently looking to recruit friendly dynamic people for their telemarketing role, reporting to the Telemarketing Manager to provide support to the Sales Department.
Our client is a well established company that that offers a friendly environment, although a telemarketing role it is more of an upselling sales role.
Duties include:
Maintain current database, accurately update existing customer information and add new customers onto database.
Send information regarding our products/Services to existing/new customers via fax, post or e-mail.
Handle customer queries/complaints by inbound/outbound calls.
Use probing, leading and closed questions to obtain information from the customer to try to sell our products.
Organise, schedule and call-backs for customers in a timely manner.
Achieve monthly targets set for number of calls, leads, quotes and conversion of sales.
Liaise with Sales Engineers to maintain existing/new customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous call centre experience or worked within a sales role
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work as part of a team
Hours:8.30am-5pm
Holidays : 25 days

Average commission is £200 per month with the potential to earn more!
