Customer Service Representatives
£14-16K doe
Our client, a leading business to business communication solutions firm, is looking for an experienced customer service representative to join their expanding team.
You will be responsible for:
• Providing customer over the telephone in a friendly and professional manner, while remaining upbeat and positive at all times with staff and customers.
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Completing all tasks to company best practice
• Processing warranty claims
• Liaising with suppliers to meet customer needs
• Raising purchase orders for stock
• Liaising with credit control department
• Providing full back up for administration, customer relations and sales support
The ideal candidate will have great people and organisational skills and the desire to want to help. Ideally they will have 2 years customer service experience, but is not necessary as our clients are willing to consider bright, eager graduates.
