We are now seeking a graduate to work as a Recruitment Consultant in our Offshore & Marine Division.
The position will be involved within recruitment for the Offshore industry sector, dealing with a broad range of clients including engineering consultancies, fabrication yards, drilling companies, operators, equipment designers & manufacturers and design & build contractors.
The most important aspects that we look for in a potential recruitment consultant are more to do with personality and attitude. Our consultants are determined, driven, ambitious, competitive and motivated sales people. They are able to build relationships over the telephone and able to make opportunities for themselves and their team.
