Researcher/Recruiter
Our client, a leading firm of International Headhunters is looking for a researcher/recruiter to join their growing team. This dynamic firm works on a global basis placing professionals at the top level. Established 5 years ago they are a young, exciting, energetic company with ambitions to grow the business and become one of the leading Search Companies in the World.
The position will be phone based and duties will include:
• Industry mapping
• Gathering names of professionals on a worldwide basis
• Approaching potential candidates and promoting senior opportunities to them
• Networking within a specific industry
• Client visits
• High outgoing call volume
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a minimum of 2 years telesales experience
• Be hard working and enthusiastic
• Be articulate
Having a degree, an additional language and recruitment experience are preferred, but not a necessity.
In return for these skills, our client is willing to offer an attractive salary including commission scheme, along with full training and the real opportunity to gain promotion to consultant or Account Manager level.
