Candidate required to manage all fault calls from initial call to completion, updating the customer at all times.
Receive breakdown information from the Bureau / Life Office and check customers against bad credit list.
Raise job on system ensuring full information is input including job story and will be required to pass fault for technical advice / call / evaluation. Once the job is done, details will need to be entered on system and job will need to be closed.
Candidates will also be required to update the Bureau as to wether or not the engineer is attending a job.
Other duties include:
Assessing the resources required, book in engineers and any other equipment required for the works, optimising engineering resources at all times.
Where possible tie any other works on site with the service works to optimise engineering resource e.g. life connection, mains failure notification, upgrades.
Candidates will need to assign, schedule and despatch engineer against job on the system then send engineer full details regarding the works required.
Ordering any spare parts which may be required for the job will also be needed.
