Succesful candidate should have a good background within the hospitality and catering industry, and be used to organising and managing a team of chefs.
The candidate should also be used to menu writing and handling health and safety procedures. Head Chef will run the entire kitchen operation and ensure service on a daily basis is well managed and organised.
Candidate should have a good background within the catering industry, and be used to handling and motivating a team of staff. He/she should also be able to produce high quality food to the good standard whilst working under the pressure of running an extremely busy restaurant.
