Food and Beverage manager required to assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth running of all food and beverage activities.
Candidate will undertake the role of departmental manager and will be directly responsible for ensuring all operations go smoothly within the restaurant and function teams.
He/She will work with the General Manager to constantly look at ways of improving standards of service within all departments and roles such as rotaring and staff training may well fall under their responsibility.
The candidate should come from a strong background within hospitality operations with ideally good experience in handling functions and weddings on a weekly basis and must also be used to managing a group of people with the ability to motivate and leading a team of staff being one of their key strenghs.
