Sales Administrator required for a busy organisation in Fareham, you will be responsible for Sales Administration, liaising with the sales representatives and customers as necessary, in order to generate sales. This will include information checks on the sales system, primary quotations, telesales and customer liaison, together with supporting the sales representatives with production of reports, meeting administration and research, other duties will include
Recording customer enquiries
Responding to sales enquiries
Issuing quotations to potential customers
Ensuring all records are accurately kept
Diary management
Service existing sales opportunities by follow up calls
Liaising with Credit Control and assisting with invoice disputes/queries
Assisting with the general administration of the sales team, including customer complaints, processing expenses paperwork, booking travel when necessary

This position is based in Fareham but due to the location it is essential you have your own transport
The salary is between £15,000 and £16,000
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday
