| Sales Manager Required £25-30,000 Basic Salary Opportunity to earn between £10-12,000 bonus 22 days holiday Free parking Management Training provided Stakeholder pension scheme You will be working for an established company in the beautiful West Sussex countryside and managing a major UK Plc and you will be responsible for developing the relationship and meeting their business needs, exceeding their goals and objectives. Key responsibilities will include: managing a team of 4 sales people; fully understanding the team and your clients needs; providing analysis and interpretation of performance results; accurate forecasting; creating an environment in the team which reflects the clients brand and their values. The successful applicant will have the following attributes: strategic thinking, innovation and rational decision making; management experience is preferable but not essential; a minimum of 3 years business-to-business selling; excellent communication and influencing style; proven sales achievements; a clear track record in delivering results.
