We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager who can manager projects from the point of order to completion and handover. This includes techinical, design,programme, procurement, site installation and all financial matters. You will be required to perform full commerical management of contracts to ensure that best prices are obtained from suppliers and sub contractors, liaise fully with client and project suppliers keeping both fully updated. Experience within construction is essential and you must be competent on both Word and Excel, Autocad experience would also be a benefit. The abilty to read and understand construction drawings and specifications is also essential. You must be able to visit various sites, 80% of your time will be spent doing this.
