We are looking for a Part time accounts clerk to work for a local Fareham based company. Your duties will include being responsible for invoicing twice a day and investigating into credit queries, this will involve checking the order paperwork against the despatched paperwork and then arranging for either a further delivery or raise a credit accordingly. Experience within accounts would be an advantage but is not essential. Good knowledge of Word and Excel is essential, the ability to problem solve, remain calm under pressure and work within a professional environment. The working hours are 1pm to 5pm Mon to Fri, however these hours can be negoiated slightly, for example 12pm to 4pm if required. Please call or email me for more details.
