| As a Collections Co-ordinator you will be managing a portfolio of accounts. Recovering funds, managing debtor accounts, dealing with enquiries over the phone and by email in order to obtain the maximum return on the accounts for the customer and to secure the outstanding risk. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills, and ideally already have experience within a Collections environment. | |
