**Immediate start** Sales administrator within a technical department** Have you previously worked on a help desk?**Have you previously assisted customers on the phone?** Have you a good administration background?**
The Role;
You will be working within a technical environment assisting with the sales administration. You will be required to answer the phone to clients who will need assistance with their product. An aspect of the role will involve using your initiative in an attempt to solve the query on the telephone. The role requires you to have a confident and assertive telephone manner.
Who we are looking for;
You will have worked in a sales administration role before, ideally within a technical department. You will understand the basic electronic process of ensuring an item is in working order and will be looking to commit to a role. You will be confident in person and over the phone and be keen to work as part of a team.
