PART TIME PURCHASE LEDGER - FABULOUS EMPLOYER - GREAT LOCATION - FRIENDLY OFFICE -CHOOSE YOUR OWN HOURS!!!!!!!!!

An automotive company North of Portsmouth are currently recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to work in their friendly office. This position is very flexible as are the hours of work.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be working in a small, friendly team and will be expected to maintain the purchase ledger function using our clients computer system.
Also involved will be some general administrative duties and also dealing with occasional telephone enquiries.

Experience

Previous experience in accounts and a purchase ledger role is essential as is your ability to use a computer. A working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel is desirable.
The successful candidate will have a friendly and outgoing nature, supported by a good telephone manner and a 'get things done' attitude.

Hours

20 - 25 hours pweek over 5 days. These are fully flexible and can be chosen by the successful candidate. The office is open between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm.
