Our client based in Whiteley is looking for an outstanding customer services advisor.
Primary role will include, receiving inbound calls from existing customers, liaising with retailers, out-sourced merchandiser, and internal staff, resolving queries and disputes, maintaining stock and distribution of product. Providing cover on reception when required.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, previous experience in a busy customer service environment. Due to the location you must have your own transport.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30
