We are currently looking for graduates to join our trainee recruitment consultant programme.
We are looking for graduates with a natural sales ability who are looking to build a progressive business career.
Recruitment is a sales role, and although experience is not necessary, telesales, call centre or customer service experience would be an advantage.
Duties include explaining the recruitment service to client companies, forming strong business relationships over the telephone, taking down technical job specifications and assessing the relevance of candidate experience.
We offer full and comprehensive training as well as an excellent basic salary with uncapped commission.
