| Branch Manager (Industrial) - Portsmouth, Hampshire Package - £30k Basic - Audi A3 or £4,800 car allowance - 2.5% Branch GP Details: New start up branch based in Portsmouth. Jark Industrial are the Uk's fastest growing recruitment group with over 60 locations and an annual turnover of £105m. We currently supply a number of large Onsite operations in the Portsmouth area with high volumes of staff and as such we are now opening our next new branch in the city center. Therefore, we require an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager (or Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career) to support supply into these contracts as well as build the ad hoc business. The ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's recruitment experience. Candidates must be of strong character with a real desire to build and develop relationships. Flexible in their attitude to work, they will be the driving force behind sales and the success of this start up branch. Candidates must have the ability to manage the branch team on a daily basis, develop and train in line with Jark minimum standards as well as the capability to promote our service to prospective clients across the county.
