Branch Manager (Industrial) - Portsmouth, Hampshire
Package - £30k Basic - Audi A3 or £4,800 car allowance - 2.5% Branch GP
Details: New start up branch based in Portsmouth.
In line with our growth plans, we have now opened a new industrial office in Portsmouth supplying temporary industrial staffing across Hampshire and West Sussex.
Therefore, we require an experienced Recruitment Manager (or Senior Consultant looking for the next steop in their career) to build this cost center in line with current budget. The ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's recruitment experience.
Candidates must be of strong character with a real desire to build and develop relationships. Flexible in their attitude to work, they will be the driving force behind sales and the success of this start up branch. Candidates must have the ability to manage the branch team on a daily basis, develop and train in line with Jark minimum standards as well as the capability to promote our service to prospective clients across the county. Excellent Business development skills required
