We are currently recruiting for an Export Administrator for this large, multi national employer based in the Segensworth area of Fareham.

The role...

Will include various administrative duties including the completion of paperwork for shipments of product, entering shipment confirmations into an in-house database and liaising with many other departments within the business to ensure that customer consignments are delivered within set timescales. The successful applicant will also be responsible for planning work rotas for the department, as well as providing customer service in the event of queries from clients or external contacts coming through to the department.

In order to be considered for the post, you should have a mature, outgoing attitude and a professional approach. Previous administrative experience is a must, gained within an import or export environment would be extremely beneficial.
You should have good computer skills and a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages. Training on in-house systems will be provided.
