We are currently recruiting for a motivated, knowledgeable HR Coordinator for an extremely large, successful business with enormous offices in Segensworth. With excellent career prospects and an industry leading benefits package this may well be the opportunity you've been searching for!

The role...

Will include varied HR duties from dealing with disciplinary and grievance case work to assisting with policy and ad-hoc projects. The successful applicant will be exposed to all areas of the HR function and will also become involved in recruitment and selection for the business. This is a generalist role which would suit an HR professional with a minimum of one year solid HR experience. A CIPD qualification, or progress towards it would also be beneficial.

In addition to the above, you should have an adaptable, positive approach with a calm and reflective attitude towards problem solving. This client fosters ambitious individuals, and you can expect for your career to be taken to the next level!
