The call centre book appointments for our potential and existing customers to have a free design consultation. This crucial first contact with our customers resulted in over £55,000,000 of nett sales registered last year!

No Telesales or Product experience? No problem!

If you don’t have any sales experience that’s fine! Most of our successful people today didn’t have any experience when they first joined us either, so don’t worry!

All our telesales executives benefit from full sales and product training, via our dedicated training academy. This academy starts with 5 days off site training, followed by a further two weeks training in the call centre. Upon completion of the academy, you will have the knowledge and skills to speak to your first customer and make your first appointment!

You will get everything you need to succeed…

You will be working hard as part of a small team within our modern call centre, enjoying the latest facilities within a friendly and professional working environment. Your team leader will be your main point of contact providing regular coaching, guidance and support throughout

Our Marketing Team will provide you people to call from a wide range of sources, from lifestyle data through to our exhibitions like the ideal home! You will also call recommendations from existing customers and over 1300 partners who exclusively recommend Thomas Sanderson. Every person you call will already have our full colour brochure detailing all our lifestyle products

We will reward you well for your commitment!

Your basic salary will be £15,140 per year based on an hourly rate of £7.28. This hourly rate rises to £8.28 when you work premium hours in the evenings or at the weekend. You can also earn time and a half for any bank holidays and then have the same hours off in lieu, paid!

All payments are made to you weekly, via a BACS payment so you can earn money fast!

Boosting your earnings and Lifestyle!

You will have the opportunity to earn serious money with uncapped commissions for all appointments you make. This will boost your on target earnings to £20k-£25k and possibly even double your salary! You can view your commission earned on your screen as you work!

In addition you will also receive regular incentives to aim for, including social activities, red letter days and seasonal competitions. You can also expect the opportunity to win a fully expensed trip to destinations like Barcelona and Marrakech courtesy of Thomas Sanderson!
