Position

• A billing role whilst  leading  a team of 5 recruiters who currently operate across Trades & Maintenance disciplines with Construction/FM & Building Services
• Ideally looking for the billing manager to start up a White Collar Perm desk or Professional Services – Finance / Supply Chain& Procurement / Manufacturing etc…
• Responsible for the day-day sales and leadership with P&L responsibility (support will be given to those who do not have experience)
• The role can offer you genuine scope to progress in to more senior management roles in the UK or overseas

Requirement

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years leadership experience, or an experienced Senior/Principal consultant looking for that next step in their career
• A high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• A tenacious and pragmatic business acumen     
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• React in a targeted environment
