Senior/Recruitment Consultant – HR (warm desk) - Hampshire

Up to £30,000 Basic Salary Uncapped Commission - No Threshold Car Allowance (Senior Consultant level) Pension 3% company contribution Healthcare Life Assurance 1/4 Incentives - Holidays / £££ etc 23 days holiday (rising to 28) Free parking

Position

• Due to internal promotion, an experienced 360 recruitment consultant is required to meet their current requirements and exciting expansion and inherit a warm desk covering HR disciplines across all sectors
• This exciting opportunity is responsible for running a dual desk supplying for both Perm & Temp recruitment solutions, placing HR professionals at all levels, Learning and Development staff and In-House recruiters across the South Coast/South of England
• Looking for the successful candidate to grow business and develop your market further
• Maintain existing business with unrivalled service levels
• Ensure mutually agreed targets are met

Requirements

• A previous track record of success in HR recruitment is preferred, but alternative sectors will be considered.
• A tenacious and pragmatic business acumen             
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• React in a targeted environment
